摘要 目的:探索三维CT在髁状突病变中的应用价值,分折其与常规X线和二维CT间的优缺点。材料和方法:对20例髁状突病变常规X线、二维CT和三维CT显示结果与手术病理结果进行对比分析。结果:对髁状突骨折的显示三维CT最为理想,对髁状突骨髓炎二维CT可较好地显示其周围软组织改变的情况,三维CT对颞颌关节的骨性强直可显示立体观。对髁状突肿瘤内部结构的显示二维CT最为理想。结论:三维CT在下颌骨髁状突病变的诊断中具有重要的应用价值,二维CT与三维CT互相补充是诊断髁状突病变的最佳检查方法。 Purpose:To study the value of three-dimensional CT(3D-CT)and analyze the advantage and shortcome of ordinary X-ray film,two-dimensional CT(2D-CT),in the diagnosis of mandibular condyle diseases.Materials and Methods:Compared the signs of ordinary X-ray film,2D-CT and 3D-CT with the operation and pathology of 20 cases of the mandibular condyle diseases.Results:3D-CT is the best method in showing of the fracture of mandibular condyle.2D-CT is ideal in showing the inflammatory soft tissue change of the mandibular condyle,but 3D-CT can show the ankylosis of temperomandibular joint directly and stereoscopically.2D-CT is very useful in showing the interior structure of tumours of the mandibular condyle.Conclusion:3D-CT is a valuable method in diagnosis of mandibular condyle diseases,and the combination of 2D-CT and 3D-CT would be the best for demonstration.
