摘要
目的：探索三维ＣＴ在髁状突病变中的应用价值，分折其与常规Ｘ线和二维ＣＴ间的优缺点。材料和方法：对２０例髁状突病变常规Ｘ线、二维ＣＴ和三维ＣＴ显示结果与手术病理结果进行对比分析。结果：对髁状突骨折的显示三维ＣＴ最为理想，对髁状突骨髓炎二维ＣＴ可较好地显示其周围软组织改变的情况，三维ＣＴ对颞颌关节的骨性强直可显示立体观。对髁状突肿瘤内部结构的显示二维ＣＴ最为理想。结论：三维ＣＴ在下颌骨髁状突病变的诊断中具有重要的应用价值，二维ＣＴ与三维ＣＴ互相补充是诊断髁状突病变的最佳检查方法。
Purpose:To study the value of three-dimensional CT(3D-CT)and analyze the advantage and shortcome of ordinary X-ray film,two-dimensional CT(2D-CT),in the diagnosis of mandibular condyle diseases.Materials and Methods:Compared the signs of ordinary X-ray film,2D-CT and 3D-CT with the operation and pathology of 20 cases of the mandibular condyle diseases.Results:3D-CT is the best method in showing of the fracture of mandibular condyle.2D-CT is ideal in showing the inflammatory soft tissue change of the mandibular condyle,but 3D-CT can show the ankylosis of temperomandibular joint directly and stereoscopically.2D-CT is very useful in showing the interior structure of tumours of the mandibular condyle.Conclusion:3D-CT is a valuable method in diagnosis of mandibular condyle diseases,and the combination of 2D-CT and 3D-CT would be the best for demonstration.
