摘要
针对突出掘进工作面复杂构造区打钻非常危险和困难等情况,考察了现场打钻过程中遇到的喷孔、卡钻、垮孔、堵孔、甚至诱导突出等动力现象并分析了其成因。根据打钻过程中的动力现象产生的原因及掘进工作面"三区"分布规律、煤样的应力应变全程曲线和扩容膨胀情况、钻孔能释放地应力等分析结果,提出了逐段卸压打钻施工技术。经过现场试验,得出较合理的钻孔布置参数和抽排参数。试验结果表明,逐段卸压打钻施工技术能显著降低煤与瓦斯突出危险性,较好地避免打钻和生产过程中的动力现象,同时能有效地解决瓦斯超限问题。
To solve the difficulty problem of drilling in outburst heading face,the dynamic phenomena,such as jet orifice,pipe sticking,hole collapse,hole blocking,outburst were investigated and its formation causes were analyzed during field drilling.According to formation causes,three-zoned distribution in heading face,strain curve and volume expansion of coal,the drilling construction technology of piecewise depressurization was put forward.By field test,the reasonable hole layout parameter and drainage parameter were obtained.It shows that the drilling construction technology of piecewise depressurization can obviously improve the hole drainage effect and decrease the outburst hazard,at the same time,it can solve the dynamic phenomena and gas over-limitation during drilling and production.
