摘要
针对赵固一矿采深大、地应力高的特点,采用高强锚杆锚网、锚索槽钢梁组合支护,形成群锚效应维持巷道围岩,并加强梁、网的强度及韧性,以形成高强锚固体系。利用单体液压支柱与铰接梁作为辅助支撑系统,减少了顶底板及两帮位移量,满足了综采工作面安装需要,为矿井提前试生产奠定了基础。
According to the characteristics of rich mine and high stress,the combination of high-strength anchor bolt network and anchor channel steel beam are used.It forms group anchoring effect,maintains the roadway surrounding rock,and strengthens the toughness of the beam and network to form the high-strength anchorage system.The use of hydraulic prop with pinned beam as auxiliary support systems reduces displacement of the roof and floor and two sides,meets the needs of the installation of mechanized mining face,and sets the stage for experimental production of the mine.
