摘要
为了避免在松软煤层中打深孔引发煤与瓦斯突出等灾害,保证施工安全,根据孔周围的应力应变分布规律,分析了松软煤层打钻时经常遇到的问题,总结了钻进工艺和参数与深孔成孔的密切联系,提出了打深孔的工艺措施和参数。实践应用表明,对于定型的钻机和钻孔设计,给进压力、钻进速度和钻机转速等参数的优化配合是提高钻孔深度、实现施工安全的关键。
In order to avoid coal and gas outburst caused by deep holes drilling in soft coal seam and ensure working safety,the article analyzed the problems and unsafety conditions encountered while drilling in soft coal seam according to the distribution of stress-strain around the holes.Summed the relationship between the technology,parameters and deep holes drilling,it presents process measures and parameters of deep holes drilling.It has been approved that the optimization of feeding pressure,drilling rate and drilling speed is the key to deepen holes and work safely under the condition of certain drilling machine and drillhole design.
