二氧化碳激光治疗皮肤赘生物200例

The analysis of 200 cases of CO_2 laser treatment on skin wart

目的探讨一种安全、速效、简便且无痛苦的治疗皮肤赘生物的方法。方法随机抽取近７年来我科应用ＣＯ２激光治疗皮肤赘生物的病历２００例，进行回顾性总结。结果病历２００例，病损３５６处，痊愈３４０处，复发１６处，总有效率９５５％。结论ＣＯ２激光治疗皮肤赘生物具有损伤小，出血少，感染机会少等优点。

Objective Searching for a safe、quick result、simple and painless method to treat skin wart. Methods Picking up 200 random samples of CO_2 laser treatment on skin wart from the cases in our dpartment in past seven years,make an analysis and get conclusion. Results There are 365 focuses of infection in the 200 cases,inwhich 340 cured and 16 recured. The general effective rate reach 95.5%. Conclusions CO 2 laser treatment on skin wart is a method worthy to be spreaded with the advantages of less harm、little bleeding and few chances of infection.
