In the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,from Deng Xiaoping s Theory and ＂Three Represents＂ thought,to the scientific development concept,our party gradually makes the value of socialism clearly in aspects of theory and practice. It has experienced a development process which is ＂relying on the people＂ to ＂putting people first＂. This evolution is a process which is with the unity of history and logic,and of inheritance and development.
