摘要
教师作为课程实施的实践者,同时也是课程文化的主体,而课程文化的发展也需要良好的教师行为。本文拟从对教师行为的审视、教师对课程文化的重构与诠释、良好教师行为的形成等几个方面,力图认识教师行为与课程文化间的关系。
Teachers,as the performers of curriculum implementation,are the subject of the course culture. And the development of the course culture needs good behavior of teachers. It tries to reconsider the relationship between the teachers behavior and the course culture by examining the behavior of teachers,teachers restructuring and interpretation of the course culture and the formation of good teachers behavior.
