石油石化企业污染减排工作初探

A Preliminary Study on Pollution Reduction of Petroleum and Petrochemical Enterprises

污染减排是企业当前面临的一项重要而紧迫的任务。理顺污染减排工作机制体制,完善污染减排体系,落实污染减排措施,对于实现污染减排目标具有重要意义。文章根据国家相关规定和要求,结合石油石化行业特点及污染减排工作实践,系统提出了企业建立污染减排长效机制的对策建议。

Nowadays,pollution reduction is becoming an urgent and important task for enterprises. Therefore,straightening out the pollution reduction mechanism and organization,improving its system,and putting reduction measures into practice,are significant to achieve the pollution reduction goals effectively. In this paper,according to the related regulations and requirements,combining the characteristics of petroleum and petrochemical industry and pollution reduction practice,countermeasures and suggestions are systematically proposed for enterprises to establish long-term mechanism of pollution reduction.
