船舶转向信号的预先传递

摘要 为提高船舶航行安全,有效保护海洋环境,阐明了船舶将自己的转向信号用一种简洁、直观的方式提前告知周围船舶的重要性.安装转向灯是实现船舶转向信号预先传递的有效途径之一,并采用两个相互独立的模型在理论上对船舶开启转向灯的时间和安装转向灯后船舶碰撞事故率进行分析.结果表明,船舶安装转向灯可有效减少船舶碰撞,船舶碰撞率下降了30%~40%. It is very important to inform other ships in advance of the turning intention which can be realized by fixing the turning lights on ships. The necessity and feasibility for ships with turning lights were addressed, and two separated models for the analysis on the time of activating the turning lights and the decrease of marine accidents were established theoretically as well. Primary analysis shows that a decrease of 30% -40% collision accidents has been achieved, and the safe navigation and sea environmental protection have been gained significantly.
