摘要
水调自动化系统是电网运行的重要生产系统,数据处理子系统是水调系统的数据加工厂,负责为水调系统提供实时、准确、可靠的数据。如何科学地应用商用数据库提供的编程功能,最大限度地提高数据处理的实时性、高效性和计算效率成为一个新的研究课题。文中针对该问题,分析比较了常见数据处理系统实施方案的优缺点,最终选择基于Oracle过程性语言/结构化查询语言(PL/SQL)存储过程技术,为水调系统提供高效、可靠的数据源。
The waterpower scheduling automation system is an important part of an electric power dispatching and management system. The sub-system of data processing is responsible for providing real time, accurate, and reliable data for the waterpower scheduling automation system. How to efficiently use the programming ability of commercial database is a new research topic. It can increase the computational efficiency of data processing and can provide the real-time data. This paper evaluates and compares several common data processing systems. The result shows that the data storage technique based on Oracle PL/SQL stored programming is able to provide efficient and reliable data sources for the waterpower scheduling automation system.
