摘要
本文对常压脱硅以及加压脱硅过程机理、技术条件,脱硅过程中的苛性比值(αk)、二氧化硅(SiO2)含量、硅量指数(A/S)变化等内容以图表形式进行了详尽的分析,对两种流程下脱硅工艺的热耗进行了比较,分析了两种脱硅工艺的优缺点,提出了优化的粗液脱硅工艺流程,对今后的脱硅设计有很强的指导意义。
The comparison of desilication theory, technique terms,αk,SiO2 content and A/S ratio were fully analyzed in this article. Also the energy con sumption of these two techniques were listed, and the advantage and disadvantages were presented also. The optimized desilication technological process which was raised in this thesis will do benefit to the desilication unit design in the future.
