摘要
采用石灰苛化法回收一水碳酸钠的化学反应是一个可逆反应,Na2CO3不能完全转化为NaOH,存在着转化率(即苛化率)问题。实际工业生产中,苛化率主要受苛化原液浓度、石灰乳流量及反应温度的影响,我们从这三方面采取适当的控制操作方法取得了良好的效果。
Recovery of monohydrate of sodium carbonate is a reversible chemical reaction by lime causticization method. Since Na2CO3 can' t be completely converted to NaOH, it exists conversion rate, that is, eausticization rate. Practically, causticization rate is mainly affected by concentration of raw causticized liquor, flow of lime cream and temperature of reaction. We may get a hatter result provided that we can handle with the three points.
