摘要 大型化是当今世界铝电解技术发展的大趋势,在现有的320kA^350kA大型铝电解槽基础上,进一步开发高效、稳定和更为节能的400kA大型铝电解槽技术,是当今世界各大铝业公司研究和追求的目标。经过长期研究解决了"单台电解槽大修造成的系列停电"这一长期困扰大型铝电解系列生产的世界性难题;开发成功并建成了400kA铝电解工业生产线,取得了良好的运行效果。 Large- scale is the general trend of aluminium electrolysis technological development in the world nowadays. Developing more efficient, more stable and more energy- saving 400kA alurniniura reduction cell technology, based on the existing 320kA--350kA aluminium reduction cell, is the goal studied and chased by worldwide major aluminium companies. After longterm research, we solved workdwide problem of "Series power cut for overhauling of a sinle cell", which have puzzled the aluminium industry for many years; and have developed and eatablished 400kA aluminium reduction indusrial production line which has made a good running effect.
