Analysis of Training of Non-intelligence Factors of Needy Students in Vocational Colleges,Based on Employment as the Starting Point

随着我国教育的改革和发展,高校贫困生问题受到全社会的关注,高职院校贫困生的问题尤为突出。以促进高职贫困生就业为出发点,从培养贫困生智力因素和非智力因素的角度,分析了影响高职贫困生就业的非智力因素,探索了高职贫困生非智力因素培养的途径。

with the reform and development of Education in China,Our society pays more attention to the problems of needy students in colleges,especially their employment.In this article,the author analyzed the unintelligence factors that affect needy students employment in higher Vocational colleges,and put forward some methods to train their non_intelligence factors.
