门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸治疗家兔非酒精性脂肪肝的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸对模型家兔非酒精性脂肪肝的干预作用。方法:30只家兔随机分成正常组、模型组和门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸治疗组。模型组和治疗组给予高胆固醇、高脂肪饮食喂养共8周以复制非酒精性脂肪肝模型,治疗组同时给予门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸治疗。8周后处死家兔收集标本,检测外周血ALT、AST、TBil、ALP、GGT活性,肝组织TG和血清TC含量,对肝脏组织进行HE染色、油红O染色。结果:门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸能有效地减轻家兔体重和肝重,明显减轻模型家兔肝内脂肪沉积,改善肝细胞的脂肪性病理改变。结论:门冬氨酸-鸟氨酸能够有效防治非酒精性脂肪肝的病理损伤。 Objective: To study the intervening effect of Aspartic acid - diaminovalefic acid on the non - alcoholic fatty hver disease (NAFLD) model in rabbit. Methods: Total 30 rabbit were divided into control group, model group and Aspartic acid - diaminovaleric acid group randomly. Rabbit in model and Aspartic acid - diaminovaleric acid group were fed with high - cholesterol and high - fat forage for 8 weeks to reproduce NAFLD model, in themeantime, rabbit in Aspartic acid - diaminovaleric acid group were given with Aspartic acid - diaminovaleric acid. All rabbit were sacrificed at the eighth week and samp leswere collected. Serum ALT, AST, ALP and GGT activities and TC, TBil levelwere determined. Hepatic tissue TG contentswere detected. Hepatic tissueswere detected by HE staining and Oil red O staining respectively. Results: Aspartic acid-diaminovaleric acid effectively reduced the body and liverweight in NZFLD rabbits, significantly reduced the fatty depostition and reduced the fatty degenerationin hepatocytes. Conclusion: Aspartic acid - diaminovaleric acid has good preventive and therapeutic effects on the non- alcoholic fatty liver disease in rabbit.
