胎盘滋养层与妊娠的免疫调节 被引量:1

摘要 位于母胎界面的胎盘滋养层细胞在抗原表达,抵抗杀伤细胞攻击,产生和分泌免疫分子及受体,异质性IgGFc受体分布,TLX及补体调节蛋白等方面具有的独特性及特殊作用,对建立和维持正常妊娠有重要意义。
