端粒酶催化亚基hTERT活性检测在膀胱癌及腺性膀胱炎的诊断价值

摘要 膀胱癌是泌尿生殖系统的高发肿瘤，它的早期诊断列临床有重要意义，端粒酶活性测定可作为膀胱癌早期诊断的指标，hTERT是较端粒酶活性对膀胱肿瘤的诊断敏感性更高，特异性更强。本文就近年来检测HTERR活性作为膀胱癌及癌前病变的诊断标志物研究新进展概述。
