胃癌D_3、D_4手术及腹腔温热灌注和化疗在胃窦部胃癌治疗中的意义

Significance of radical surgical operation (D_3, D_4) thermoperfusion and chemotherapy in the treatment of gastric antrum cancer

本文统计分析了38例胃窦部胃癌治疗结果，认为进展期胃癌应施行D3、D4手术，腹腔温热灌注和化疗，有利于减少复发率，增加逐年生存率。

We statistically analyse the therapeutic effect in 38 cases with gastric antrum cancer,and deem that D3, D4, operation, thermoperfusion in abdominal cavity and chemotherapy should be performed in patients with progressiue gastric cancer, which will decrease relapse rate and increase survivalrate.
