腹腔镜治疗结石嵌顿性胆囊炎的体会

Multimodality treatment in laparoscopic surgery for calculous cholecystitis

对252例结石嵌顿性胆囊炎采用腹腔镜多术式治疗进行了总结。250例在腹腔镜下完成手术全过程，2例中转开腹。LC217例，胆囊大部分切除加腹腔多孔管引流25例，胆囊切开取石加章型管造瘘8例。认为采用腹腔镜下多术式治疗结石嵌顿性胆囊炎可降低中转开腹率。

Presented in this paper is a report of 252 patients with cholecystitis associated with impaction of a stone in the cystic duct or in Hartmann's pouch treated by laparoscopic surgery. Laparoscopicoperation was completed successfully in 250 patients. 2 were converted to open operation. Among all the250 cases undergoing laparoscopic procedure, 217 underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy, 25 laparoscopic partial cholecystectomy with drainage of the peritoneal cavity, 8 cholecystotomy and cholecystostomywith fungoid catheter. The authors sugest that the rate of conversion from laparoscopic procedure to openoperation can be reduced through multimodaliy treatment of calculous choleystitis under laparoscopicsurgery.
