Removal of tumors of the right posterior lobes of livers from abdomino-thoracic incision

报告34例经右侧胸腹联合切口切除肝脏右后叶肿瘤的手术，其中原发性肝细胞癌33例，1例为良性肿块，本组施行的术式是成功的，无术中死亡。作者认为，该方法手术时视野暴露充分，能避免术中大量出血，提高手术的安全性，术后患者恢复好。

Tumors of the right posterior lobes of livers in 34 cases were removed from abdomino-tho-racic incision, of which 33 cases were primary hepatoma, and one benign tumor. The operations were performed successfully, with no death during the operation. The operation can fully expose the incision, avoidmassive hemorrhage, increase the safety and benefit the patients to recover from the operation.
