摘要
针对无位置传感器无刷直流电机低速时反电势难以检测所引起的起动问题,在三段式起动法的基础上提出了定位-步进切换新型启动方法。论述了线电压差反电动势检测法,外同步步进加速阶段和三相绕组通电预定位阶段的具体实现过程,并给出程序流程图和实验波形。实验结果表明,该方法可显著提高电机起动的快速性和平稳性。
To aim at the questions that position sensorless for brushless DC motor suffering from a starting problem since there is no back-EMF at standstill, a new locating and stepping-switching method is proposed based on the three step starting technique. The proposed method relies on different voltage between two-line to monitor the position of the rotor. The starting procedures of the three-phase winding pre-positioning and stepping-accelerating are discussed. In addition, the program flowchart and test waveforms are given in the paper. The experimental results indicate that this method can prominently enhance the reliability of the motor starting.
