城市家庭隔代教育问题研究及社会工作的介入——以贵阳市A社区为例

City -generational family education research and social work intervention —— A community in Guiyang city as an example

摘要 以贵阳市A社区为个案,运用定性研究方法对隔代教育家庭问题进行深入调查。研究发现,隔代教育具有缓解年轻人生活压力、对孩子的照顾比较细心等优势,但同时也存在溺爱孩子、教育方式陈旧等问题。针对以上问题,本文拟定了一套介入服务方案。 In this paper, Guiyang City A community - eases, the use of qualitative research methods for education generational family issues to investigate. The study found that the young generation education to ease the pressure of having to take care of the child's care, such as comparative advantage, but at the same time there are also spoil the child, the old issues such as education. In view of the above problems, this article from the perspective of social work intervention services to develop a set of programs.
