摘要
针对传统测量方式带来的效率低、误差大的问题,提出了基于图像处理技术实现布氏硬度自动测量的方法。核心算法涉及中值滤波、边缘检测、图像形态学处理、边界跟踪以及最小二乘法拟合圆等图像处理技术,最后通过实验验证了算法的精确性和鲁棒性。通过该方法研制的布式硬度图像自动测量系统可以实现布氏硬度的非接触、智能化、自动化测量,具有良好的应用前景。
A method of automatic measuring of brinell hardness based on image processing technology is described in the paper. Problems caused by traditional measurements such as low efficiency and big error can be solved by using this method. Technologies are applied including median filtering, edge detection, morphological processing of image, boundary tracking, fitting circle with least-squares procedure and so on. The accuracy and robustness of the algorithm listed in this paper are validated by experiments. This method can achieve non-contact, intelligent and automated measuring of brinell hardness, with good application prospects.
