基于Petri网的底盘总装线人员配置优化研究 被引量:1

摘要 客车底盘总装线生产属于离散事件动态系统(DEDS),针对作业任务对作业人员这种资源存在共享、独占等关系,利用自顶向下的建模方式构建时间Petri网模型,对客车底盘总装线的人员配置进行优化,给出了人员配置的方法与步骤。实例分析表明,时间Petri网模型可以用来优化总装线人员配置,提高劳动生产率。 Passenger car' s chassis assembly line is a discrete event dynamic system (DEDS). As operators can share or monopolize the prodution assignment, a timed Petri nets model is built using the top-bottom method to get the best allocation of operators. The method and steps of the allocation are shown by an example. The result shows that the timed petri net can be used to optimize the allocation of operators and thus improve the labor efficiency.
