Gastroenterological Medical Demands from Different Types of Troops

目的了解部队消化系统疾病的发病情况,为部队提供更有针对性的医疗服务,同时也为领导机关调整部队医疗队伍结构提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,共调查了10支不同类型的部队,按照所执行任务不同分为A类部队、B类部队和C类部队,按照被调查者的病情诊断分为功能性胃肠病、慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、健康咨询及其他。结果A类部队功能性胃肠病患病率和健康咨询的比率最高,分别为44.64%和30.36%;B类部队慢性胃炎患病率最高,为25.84%;C类部队其他消化系疾病的患病率最高,为41.89%。结论A类部队迫切需要加强心理疏导以及心理学知识和医学保健常识的普及;而B类部队需要改变以辣为主的饮食习惯,加强卫生宣教,减少饮酒;C类部队消化系疾病谱与普通人群相似。

Objective To investigate the morbidity of digestive diseases of naval troops stationed in south China so as to provide medical service to soldiers more accurately, and transfer basic information to leading office for configuring the medical stuffs in military troops. Methods Cross-sectional method was adopted to investigate ten naval troops sta- tioned in south China. The ten troops were divided into three types as type A, type B, and type C. The spectrum of diseases was diagnosed as functional gastrointestinal diseases, chron- ic gastritis,peptic ulcer, healthy consultation,and others. Results The highest rates of func- tional gastrointestinal diseases and healthy consultation were present in type A troops with 44.64% and 30.36% respectively. The type B troops held the highest morbidity rate of chro- nic gastritis at 25.84~. The other digestive diseases were most common in type C troops with 41.89%. Conclusion Type A troops need education of psychological and health care knowledge. Type B troops have to change their hot diet habits along with health instruction and reducing alcohol consumption. While the diseases occurred in type C troops are similar to the ordinary population.
