平板运动试验的准确性分析

Analysis of the Accuracy of Treadmill Exercise Test

目的探讨如何提高平板运动试验的准确性。方法选择本院2006~2008年临床拟诊断为冠心病收入院行冠状动脉造影的患者92例,于冠状动脉造影前1周均做平板运动试验,可疑阳性者43例。结果经冠状动脉造影证实,32例为阳性,60例为阴性。阳性中冠状动脉单支病变28例,双支病变3例,3支病变1例。60例阴性患者中,女性38例,男性22例。结论正确行平板运动试验,排除干扰因素是提高平板运动试验对冠心病诊断准确性的重要措施。

Objective To promote the accuracy rate of treadmill exercise test（TET）. Methods During 2006--2008,TET was performed before coronary angiograpy（CAG）in sub- jects admitted into hospital with suspicion of coronary heart disease. 43 cases were suspect- ively positive. Results In suspectively positive group, 32 patients had positive results in CAG,including 28 patients with one branch of coronary artery process,3 patients with two branches process and one patients with three branches process respectively. While 60 patients have negative results in CAG,with 38 femals and 22 males. Conclusion Properly using TET and excluding interference facts are important in promoting accuracy rate of TET.
