跨国公司是世界经济全球化的重要载体,继贸易全球化、生产全球化和金融资本全球化之后,研发全球化成为跨国公司实施全球战略的又一重要举措。中关村因其独特的研发优势成为跨国公司研发机构集聚地,跨国公司研发通过促进知识流动和优化资源配置,可以提高中关村区域创新能力,完善中关村区域创新系统。阐述了中关村跨国公司研发机构情况,并分析了跨国公司研发机构对中关村区域创新系统的影响。

Multinational corporation is a kind of important carrier of world economic globalization. After the globalization of trade, production, and investment, the globalization of R＆D becomes another important strategic measurement. Having the advantage of R＆D resources, Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park（Z-park）has become one important base of multinational R＆D organs. Through promoting the knowledge flow and optimizing the disposition of resource, Multinational R＆D can improve the regional innovation ability and consummate the regional innovation system. The article states the situation of multinational R＆D organs in Z-park, and analyzes how the R＆D organs impact the RIS.
