摘要
从组织内部视角寻找形成战略弹性的根源,通过建立支持战略弹性的组织支撑体系模型,从体制、常规、文化三个组织维度探索发挥组织的学习、协调与激励机制的途径,并分析了支撑体系的约束条件,在此框架下结合案例进行分析战略弹性组织支撑体系的有效性。
Observing the origin of strategic flexibility from the inner - perspective of organization, we set up an organization support system model supporting strategic flexibility and exploring the approach to use the mechanism of learning, coordination and incentive to play the role of achieving strategic flexibility through organizational architecture, routine and agriculture, the three-dimensional elements of organization design. We also analyze some conditions in which the effect of organization support system will be limited, and using a case study we analyze the reliability of the model.
