摘要
目的:介绍抗真菌药物尤其是咪唑类和丙烯酰胺类药物与其他药物间的相互作用和其机制研究进展。方法:分别介绍抗真菌药物主要是通过作用于致病真菌细胞膜的角鲨烯环氧酶和细胞色素P450酶(尤其是3A4酶),而再与其他作用于这些酶的药相互作用和其机制。结果与结论:应更好地发挥抗真菌药物和其他有关药物的作用。
OBJECTIVE:The interactions of antifungal agents including imidazoles and allylamines with other drugs were introduced.METHODS:The mechanisums of interaction of antifungal drugs were presented and drugs appears to be react with cytochrome P450 3A4 likely to occur interactions with antifungal agents.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The information included in this paper may be helpful in rational use of antifungal drugs in clinical and thus the ADRs of antifungal drugs may be reduced.
