摘要
采用虚拟样机技术建立了一种单稳态永磁操作机构真空开关ADAMS仿真模型,结合M atlab实现了多场耦合仿真,完整真实地再现了永磁机构真空开关的合、分闸动作过程,获得动铁心及动触头的运动曲线。通过对永磁操动机构参数优化,减小了触头弹跳,获得了预期的分、合闸特性参数。
An ADAMS simulation model for vacuum switch with single stable position permanent magnet actuator by applying virtual prototype technique was constructed, maehine-eelectric co-operation simulation was realized by combining Matlab, the process of switch acting was simulated perfectly, and the moving curves of the actuator and contacts system were achived. By optimazing the factors of the permanent magnet actuator, the contacts vibration was cut down and expected opening and closing characteristic factors were obtained.
