摘要
目的:观察低强度超声对小鼠肝癌H22细胞体外生长的影响。方法:以低强度超声辐照小鼠肝癌H22细胞,采用倒置显微镜观察和MTT法检测观察超声对小鼠肝癌H22细胞的抑制作用。结果:低强度超声波能够显著抑制小鼠肝癌H22细胞的增殖,并且跟辐照时间呈剂量依赖关系。辐照后24h其MTT光吸收值随着超声作用时间的延长而显著降低。结论:低频超声辐照对小鼠肝癌H22细胞体外生长具有明显的抑制作用。
Objective:To investigate the inhibition effect of low-intensity ultrasound radiation on hepatocellular carcinomas cell line H22 cells.Methods: The growth inhibitory effect of ultrasound exposure(1.7MHz,1.35W/cm2)on H22 cells was observed using light microscopy and MTT colormetric assay.Results: The absorbance value of MTT significantly decreased at 24h after ultrasound radiation as compared to the control.Conclusion : Ultrasound radiatiion could obviously inhibit the proliferation of H22 cells.
