红外线照射联合龙血竭治疗压疮的疗效观察

The effect of infrared radiation associated with Chinese dragon's blood capsules on decubital ulcer

目的:通过比较两种不同的治疗方法对压疮愈合的影响,探讨红外线照射联合龙血竭治疗压疮的临床疗效。方法:收集2005年1月至2008年1月住院的患者40例61处压疮,随机分为临床组和试验组,对临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组与对照组相比,总有效率明显优于对照组,P<0.01其疗效有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组各期压疮创面愈合时间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:红外线照射联合龙血竭治疗压疮可促进其创面愈合,缩短住院时间,该方法简便易行。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of infrared radiation associated with Cheinese dragon＇s blood capsules on decubital ulcer,by comparing the influence of two different treatments.Methods：40 cases and 61 decubital ulcers were studied,from January 2005 to January 2008,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,for comparing the clinical effect.Results： The time of wounds healing and total effective rate of experimental group was respectively shorter and higher than that of control group（P0.01）,there was significance difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Infrared radiation associated with dragon＇s blood capsules on decubital ulcer may improve the wounds healing,shorten the length of hospital stay.The method is simple and feasible.
