中度高原世移居运动能力及氧利用特点的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了明确高原世移者运动能力及氧利用的特点,我们在海拔3417米高原测定了17例当地世居藏族和19名移居汉族在静息和运动状态下的通气、循环、代谢和气体交换状况。结果显示.静息状态下,两组测定的各项参数均无显著差异;但在最大运动时,世居藏族的最大运动负荷、VEmat、CO、SV以及VO2max均明显高于移居汉族;随着运动负荷的增加,两组的SaO2均明显下降,但藏族SaO2下降的程度明显低于汉族。结果提示:青藏高原世居藏族氧传送和利用的能力明显强于移居者,这可能也是他们取得对高原低氧环境最佳适应的主要原因。 To compare the difference for oxygen transport between Tibetan living for generations at high altitude andacclirnated Han newcomes to high altitude. We measured the ventilatory,circulatory,metabolic and gas exchange functionduring exercise in 17 Tibetan and 19 Han at the altitude of 3 417m. The results showed that all the parameters in bethgnups were not different at rest,but at maximaI effort, the Tibetans compared with the Hans,showed higher O2 consumption(VO2max 2. 54±0.1 vs 2.10±0. 1 liters then, P<0.01 )stroke volume(79. 1± 1.0 vs 68. 4±3. 3ml,P<0. 05) cardiacoutput (13. 0±0. 5 vs 10. 6±0. 5 liters min, P<0.01 ) and workload (183. 8±3. 7 vs 168. 4±5. 0 w, P<0. 01 ). Themaximal ventilation in the Tibetans(84. 5± 3. 6 liters min)was higher than that in the Hans(68.0±3. 9 liters min )TheVO2max correlated well with tnaximal cardiac output. Although the difference in arterial O2 saturation between Tibetansand Hans were not significant at rest and during drild exercise,the differences become greater with increase in exerc1seworkload. We concluded that the lifelong exposure to an hypoxia environment resulted in an efficient circulatory O2 transport and increased tissue oxygen utilization that may reflect a successful adaptation to high altitude.
