不育男性精浆转铁蛋白测定及其意义

DETERMINATION AND SIGNIFICANCE OF TRANSFERRIN LEVELS IN SEMINAL PLASMA OF INFERTILE MEN

目的观察精浆中转铁蛋白（Tf）在男性生育力方面的意义。方法采用单向免疫扩散法，对15例生育和72例不育男性糖浆Tf进行测定。结果精浆Tf浓度与精子密度呈明显正相关，即无精子症者精浆Tf含量＜少精子症者＜精子数在（20～59）×109/L不育者＜精子数≥60×109/L不育者＜正常生育者。糖浆Tf含量与精子成活率、活动力及正常形态精子数量关系不大。结论精浆Tf水平测定，是观察睾丸支持细胞功能，评价曲细精管生精状态的一个良好指标。

Objective To observe the significance of transferrin levels (Tf) in the aspect of female fertility. Methods Single radialimmunodiffusion method was used to determine the seminal plasma of 15 cases of fertile men and 72 cases of infertile men. ResultsThe concentration of Tf presented obvious positive correlation with the density ofsperm. And this showed that the content of Tf in men of azoospermia was less than thecontent of Tf in men of less sperm, less than the content of Tf in men of infertility whosesperm count was (20~ 59) × 109/L, less than the content of Tf in men of in fertilitywhose sperm count was ≥60× 109/L and certainly less than the content of Tf in men ofnormal fertility. There were no significant relations between the content of Tf and thesperm survival rate,the motility of sperm and the normal sperm amount. Conclusion Thedetermination of Tf levels is a good index of observing the functions of testicular supporting-cells and evaluating the spermatogenic state of convoluted seminiferous tubule.
