恶性肿瘤患者CIK细胞治疗56例疗效观察与护理

Observation on the curative effect of CIK cells in the treatment of 56 patients with malignant tumor and nursing care

目的:通过对恶性肿瘤患者进行CIK细胞治疗前后T细胞亚群分析和生活质量评分的比较,探讨CIK细胞治疗对患者细胞免疫功能及生活质量的影响,以及在CIK细胞治疗护理中的注意事项。方法:通过静脉采集得到血标本后进行培养增殖,于培养14 d后回输给患者,检测CIK细胞治疗前、后T细胞亚群的变化及按QOL的指标对食欲、睡眠、疲乏在治疗前后进行计分,并在治疗中实施相应的护理。结果:对56例肿瘤患者CIK细胞治疗后CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值都升高,与治疗前比较呈显著性差异(P<0.05),而CD8+细胞与治疗前比较降低(P<0.05),细胞免疫功能明显增加;治疗后的食欲、睡眠、疲乏明显改善,治疗前后患者的食欲、睡眠、疲乏比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:CIK细胞治疗能够明显提高肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能及生活质量;并对CIK细胞治疗前后进行护理及健康教育,增强患者信心,安全有效,无明显副作用。

Objective ： To explore the impact of the treatment with CIK cells on cellular immune function and quality of life of cancer patients and nursing methods by analyzing T - cell subsets and comparing the scores of quality of life before and after the treatment with CIK cells. Methods： Collected venous blood samples were cultured to be proliferated and transfused to the patients 24 days later, detecting the changes of T -cell subsets and comparing the scores of appetite, sleep and fatigue in the light of QOL indicators before and after treatment. Corresponding nursing care was carried out in the treatment. Results： The ratio of CD3 ^＋ .CD4 ^＋ ,CD4 ^＋/CD8^＋ ＋ of 56 cancer patients were increased after treatment with CIK cells, compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while the CD8^＋ reduced （ P 〈 0.05 ） and cellular immune function markedly enhanced; appetite, sleep and fatigue of the patients significantly improved after treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment with CIK cells can obviously improve the cellular immune function and quality of life of cancer patients; it is safe and has little side effect. Careful nursing care and health education before and after treatment can enhance patient＇s confidence.
