前路环锯法椎管扩大减压术治疗脊髓型颈椎病

TREATMENT FOR SPINAL CERVICAL SPONDYLOPATHY BY ANTERIOR VERTEBRAL ENLARGING DECOMPRESSION WITH TREPAN

目的探讨前路环据法椎管扩大减压术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的疗效。方法根据40分评分标准，比较病人术前及术后3～6个月的评分，分析疗效。结果27例恢复良好，1例无变化，总有效率为97．3％。结论经前路扩大减压直接解除神经根及脊髓的压迫，近期效果良好；通过植骨融合建立颈椎稳定性。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect on spinal cervical spondylopathy by anterior vertebral enlarging decompression with trepan. Methods According toforty-sore standard,all of the patients' scores were compared before operation and 36 months after operation and the therapeutic effect was analysed. Results 27 patients recovered better with one patient showing only little change and the total effective rate being 97. 3%. Conclusion The direct removal of pressure on nerve roots and spinal cordthrough anterior enlarging decompression will be effective ill the near future andthrough bone grafting fusion,the stability of cervical vertebrae can be achieved,thus ensuring the long - term therapeutic effect.
