摘要
党的十七届四中全会公告明确提出要坚决反对腐败。司法腐败是最大的腐败,治理司法腐败要进行制度创新,建立现代的司法制度,同时要加强对司法人员的防腐败教育,加强对司法人员的监督。
The Party s 17 Session of the Fourth Plenary Session Notice clearly stated to be firm against corruption.Judicial corruption is the biggest corruption,the institutional innovation must be carried on to conduct corruption in the judiciary,to build a modern judicial system,at the same time to strengthen anti-corruption education of judicial officers to increase supervision of judicial officers.
