摘要 温室控制系统测量与执行层的设备安全规程、测量量的变化特征以及它们的相关性可作为温室控制系统故障检测的依据,并将基本的故障检测方法作为通用函数实现。用语义网络描述测量与执行层的静态组成特征和如何将故障检测方法函数作用于具体故障检测点。利用语义网络知识库,温室控制系统通过修改知识库就能对不同配置的温室进行控制系统故障诊断,并能将生产经验数据和专家知识在运行时应用于控制系统的故障检测和安全保护。 In greenhouse control system, the extreme outside weather and the faulty of various equipments must be detected, and the safety of the running equipment must greenhouse process control system, an intelligent real-time Several fault-diagnostic methods and equipment safety rules be guarded. Over measurement and actuation layer of the fault diagnosis and safety and protection system is developed. are modeled in mathematical equations due to the analysis of the measured variables and states of the equipments. The implement of these methods in an actual process control system can be represented as knowledge. The semantic network is defined and used to represent the fault-diagnostic methods and equipment safety rules. Another semantic network is defined to represent the knowledge of the component of the measurement and actuation layer. Integrated with the two semantic network models, the fault-diagnosis and safety system can be conveniently adopted to different greenhouse through doing configure of the knowledge base. The knowledge from the experts or the result of the history data analysis can be updated to the semantic network model at running time.
