功率开关电源电磁辐射的场仿真

摘要 采用CST设计工作室对一款功率开关电源进行电路行为级仿真,确定其中潜在的电磁干扰源,并通过CST微波工作室对该电源印制板进行电磁辐射的全波时域仿真。仿真得到印制电路板板上的电流分布和3m外场强。比对EMI国际标准,从而给出电磁辐射强度的预估。 Potential EMI sources in a switch power supply are investigated using the schematic simulation software CST DESIGN STUDIO . The electromagnetic radiation from the PCB is studied with the full-wave transient simulator of CST MICROWAVE STUDIO . The current distribution on the board and the electric field intensity 3 meters above the board are obtained. EMI estimate is made based on the simulation results according to the international EMI standards.
