摘要
利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜以及电子探针,研究了Ti-IF钢在铁素体区轧制时不同的轧制温度、压下量以及润滑条件对钢板的组织结构以及析出物析出方式的影响。结果表明,轧制温度的降低和变形量的增加,都会导致形核率增大,晶粒尺寸减小,并且使晶体结构中{111}取向加强。润滑条件主要影响试样的表面晶粒尺寸,润滑条件越好,表面晶粒尺寸越接近于中心晶粒尺寸。析出物多以单独析出为主,Ti(C,N)-Al2O3由外延生长机制复合而成。
The effect of the different rolling temperature, reduction and lubrication conditions on the microstructure and the way of precipitation of Ti-IF steel rolled in the ferrite zone were studied using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and electron probe. The results show that with the rolling temperature increasing and reduction decreasing, the nucleation rate increases which refines the grain size, and the orientation of { 111} in the crystal structure is strengthened. The lubrication conditions mostly influece the surface grain size of the samples, and the better the lubrication conditions are, the closer the surface grain size is to the center grain size. The precipitation mainly appears independently, and the formation mechanism of Ti (C, N)-Al2O3 is epitaxial growth.
