摘要
提出了一种任意形状截面线的回弹计算理论方法。对任意形状的截面线,根据曲率把截面线分为多个小段;每个小段近似为圆弧,按常规计算回弹的理论方法计算各段的回弹;固定截面上某一点,把回弹后的各小段装配起来,求出整个截面线上的回弹。对某汽车B柱零件上5个截面线上的回弹进行了分析,说明了该方法的可行性。采用该方法,解释了截面上出现负回弹的情况和高强度钢零件扭曲机理。
A method to analyze springback of arbitrary section was proposed. The section curve was divided into many short sections based on curvature. Every short section was treated as an arc with certain radius. Springback of every arc was then calculated by traditional method. And then fix one point on the section curve, the arc after springbaek was assembled, thus the springbaek of the section curve was calculated out. An example to analyze the springback of five section curves of a B-pillar part was provided to verify this method. Negative springback and mechanism of twist were explained by this method.
