具有二次微粒结构白炭黑的制备及表征

摘要 采用两步工艺法制备具有二次微粒结构的白炭黑,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明,这种结构白炭黑为无定形结构,热稳定性较好;与传统白炭黑相比,本研制结构白炭黑比表面积较大、内结构较高、分散性较好、平均粒径及聚集体尺寸较小。 The silica with secondary particle structure was prepared by a two-step process, and its properties were investigated. The results showed that the silica exhibited amorphous structure, and it had good thermal stability; compared with traditional silica, the specific surface area of this silica was larger, the inner structure level was higher, the dispersibility was better, and the average diameter of particles and the aggregate size were smaller.
