猪圆环病毒检测技术研究进展

摘要 猪圆环病毒(PCV)分为1型(PCV-1)和2型(PCV-2)。PCV-1一般认为无致病性,而PCV-2是断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PWMS)的主要致病因子;此外,猪皮炎肾病综合征(PDNS)、仔猪先天性震颤(CT)等疾病也与PCV-2有关。在临床上PCV-2常与猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪细小病毒(PPV)、猪流感病毒(SIV)等病毒混合感染,PCV-2相关疾病已经给世界养猪业造成了巨大的经济损失。然而,由于该病常常和上述几种疾病混合感染,且其临床症状十分类似,所以仅仅依靠单一的临床症状或者某一种实验室诊断方法并不能有效的检测该病。因此,将目前诊断PCV-2的各种方法集中起来,分析其优缺点,从而可以根据实验室的具体情况采取合适的方法是诊断该病的关键。论文就目前PCV-2的检测技术做一介绍。 Porcine circovirus (PCV) is devided into two genotypes,that is PCV type 1 (PCV-1) and PCV type 2 (PCV-2). PCV-1 is considered to be nonpathogenic to swine. PCV-2 is now regarded as the primary pathogenic factor of postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome ;in addition,PCV-2 is also considered to be associated with such illness as porcine dermatitis nephropathy syndrome(PDNS) and piglets congential tremor(CD). In clinic,PCV-2 usually gets co-infection with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV), porcine parvovirus (PPV) and swine influenza virus (SIV). PCV-2 related disease caused great economic losses to the world swine industry. Because PCV-2 usually co-infects with the above viru- ses,and the clinical symptoms of PCV-2 infection is very familiar to those of others,it is very difficult to di- agnose PCV-2 simply by clinical symptoms or a certain laboratory diagnostic process. Therefore,it is neces- sary to compare the disadvantage and advantage of different methods, so that the laboratory stuff can apply the best method according to the facility of the lab. The present paper reviewed the methods developed in recent years.
