摘要
采用半消光聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)切片为原料,熔融纺丝生产出262 dtex/72 f五叶形涤纶POY,探讨了其主要的生产工艺。结果表明:选择五叶形喷丝孔喷丝板,纺丝温度为295℃;侧吹风温度22℃,速度0.30~0.45 m/min,相对湿度(70±5)%;含油率控制在0.4%,生产的五叶形涤纶POY截面形状清晰,异形度为61.4%,断裂强度2.32 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率119.4%,条干不匀率1.41%。
The pentalobal PET POY of 262 dtex/72 f was prepared using semi-dull polyethylene terephthalate(PET) chips as raw material via melt spinning process. The dominating production process was discussed. The results showed that the pentalobal PET POY can be prepared with clear cross section shape, profile degree of 61.4%, breaking strength 2.32 eN/dtex, elongation at break 119.4% and yam unevenness 1.41% using the spinneret with pentalobal holes under the conditions as followed: spin- ning temperature 295℃, cross air blow temperature 22℃ and speed 0. 30 - 0.45 m/min, relative humidity ( 70±5 ) %, oil content 0.4%.
