摘要
在粘胶长丝纺丝过程中,将空气幕应用于纺丝车间空调系统,可降低纺丝车间的通风与空调能耗。在纺丝机两侧拉窗上方安装空气幕机,当拉窗关闭时,依靠空调送风系统,空气幕机对机内送风,使机内达到生产的温湿度要求;当拉窗打开时,空气幕机投入运行,空气幕阻断机内外空气对流和热湿交换,保持机内空调参数不变。与全新风速直流空调系统进行比较,节约的通风能耗约40%,节约的空调能耗近46%。
Air curtain was applied in the air conditioning system of a spinning workshop during viscous filament production process in order to reduce the energy consumption of ventilation and air conditioning system. The air curtain was installed at the top of the pull windows on the both sides of the spinning machine. For the purpose of acquiring the temperature and humidity sat- isfying the process requirement inside the spinning machine, the air was blown through the air curtain from air supply system of the air conditioners into the spinning machine when the pull windows were closed. For the purpose of keeping the air conditioning parameters unchanged inside the spinning machine, the air curtain was put into operation so as to block the air convection and heat and moisture transfer between the inside and outside of the spinning machine when the pull windows were open. As com- pared with direct full fresh air conditioning systems, the air conditioning system with air curtain saved the energy consumption about 40% for ventilation and nearly 46% for air conditioning.
