摘要
介绍了FG305A型空气捻接器的结构及工作原理,分析了空气捻接器应用于PA66帘子线接头过程中影响初捻丝捻接质量的因素。结果表明:生产中,应根据不同线密度的初捻丝选用不同型号的腔咀,V_1腔咀适应于低线密度初捻丝的捻接,V_2腔咀适应于高线密度;选择最佳工作气压为0.60~0.65 MPa,对腔咀、腔盖的材质要求耐磨、高硬度;对气源净化并控制其流量,可以有效提高PA66初捻丝的捻接质量。
The structure and working principle of FG305A air splicer were introduced. The factors affecting the splice quality of pretwisted yarn were analyzed during the operation course of air splicers for PA 66 tire cord. The results showed that the rational splicer nozzle should be chosen according to the linear density of the pretwisted yarn. Vj splicer nozzles is suitable for the pretwisted yarn with low linear density and V2 for high linear density. The splice quality of PA 66 pretwisted yarn can be efficient- ly improved by optimizing the working pressure in the range from 0.60 to 0.65 MPa, choosing the wear resistant materials with high rigidity for splicer nozzle and cover, purifying the air resource and controlling the air flow.
