Good surface quality and excellent optical property are required by sighting glasses. A practical sighting glass injection mould structure is presented. The structure character and operational principle are recommended. There is hot runner system and one cavity on the mould. The plastic part is detruded by stripper plate after limit cavity parting. This mould is compact in structure and credible in operation. Complete automatization and higher productivity effect are also achieved.
