比阿培南对医院常见感染菌的抗菌活性分析 被引量:18

Sensitivity analysis of biapenem on common bacteria strains of hospital infection

摘要 目的:调查新药比阿培南对我院临床分离的常见致病菌的抗菌活性,为临床用药提供依据。方法:收集我院临床分离的135株共7类常见致病菌,采用K-B纸片琼脂扩散法,并设对照组:美罗培南组和亚胺培南组,结果判定参照NCCLS2006年标准。结果:135株致病菌对比阿培南的药物敏感率为86.6%,对照组:美罗培南为49.6%、亚胺培南为46.2%。比阿培南对铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属的敏感率分别为85%和50%,而美罗培南为50%和20.8%,亚胺培南为40%和8.3%。结论:新药比阿培南的抗菌活性明显高于同类碳青霉烯类抗生素美罗培南和亚胺培南,尤其在对铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属细菌的敏感度上,新药比阿培南更具抗菌活性。 Objective: To investigate the sensitivity of a new drug biapenem on common bacteria strains. Methods: The method of K-B paper dispersion was used. Totally 135 strains, including 7 classes of species were separated. Evaluating standard was referred to the NCCLS-2006, and results were compared with meropenem and imipenem. Results: The sensitive rate of the pathogenic bacteria to biapenem was 86.6% , yet those to meropenem and impenem were 49.6% and 46.2% respectively. In addition, the sensitive rates to biapenem for P. aeruginosa and A. baumannil were 85% and 50%, which were 40% and 8.3% to imipenem, and 50% and 20.8% to meropenem. Conclusions: Biapenem was more effective than meropenem and imipenem. It is much sensitive to P. aeruginosa and A. baumannil especially.
