摘要
目的:通过对医院药学人员情况调查分析,提出药学人力资源建设的新对策。方法:向连云港、盐城、淮安、泰州35家医院发放调查表,由药剂科负责人填写,收集后经Excel处理、分析。结果:需要提高医院药学人力资源配置的合理性。医院可参考本次调查结果,采取有效措施予以改进。结论:必须建立一支知识结构合理,技术水平与医疗服务相匹配的药学人才队伍。
Objective :To investigate the situation of pharmacists in hospitals, analyze the status quo and put forward the new countermeasures of building human resources of pharmacy. Methods: We provide a unified questionnaire to 35 hospitals in the cities of Lianyungang, Yaneheng, Huai'an and Taizhou which is filled out by the relevant persons in medicament departments. We analyzed the status quo by data processing. Results :We need to improve human resource allocation of pharmacy in hospitals. Hospitals may refer to this survey and take effective measures to improve their work. Conclusion: We must establish a team of clinical pharmacists with a reasonable knowledge structure, high technology and high quality.
