Determination of six water-soluble vitamins in Kebu tablets by HPLC

摘要 目的:建立HPLC法同时测定克补片中硝酸硫胺、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺、叶酸、泛酸钙6种水溶性维生素含量。方法:采用AgilentHC-C18(2)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为0.05mo.lL-1醋酸铵(pH6.0)—甲醇梯度洗脱;检测波长212nm(泛酸钙)、280nm;柱温30℃;流速1.0mL.min-1。结果:硝酸硫胺、维生素B2、维生素B6、烟酰胺、叶酸、泛酸钙的线性范围分别为0.03~0.07mg.mL-1、0.030~0.071mg.mL-1、0.018~0.043mg.mL-1、0.3~0.7mg.mL-1、1.2~2.9μg.mL-1、0.064~0.151mg.mL-1。回收率分别为:99.4%、99.2%、98.7%、99.5%、98.3%、99.7%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便准确,精密度良好,适用于克补片中硝酸硫胺、维生素B2、叶酸等6种水溶性维生素的含量测定。 Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determining six water-soluble vitamins in Kebu tablets. Methods: The column was Agilent HC-C18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm) , a gradient elution was applied using the mobile phase of A : 0.05mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate buffer ( pH 6.0) and B : methanol, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 212 nm and 280 nm. Results: The linear ranges of thiamine nitrate, vitamin B2 , B6, nicotinamide, folic acid and calcium pantothenate were 0. 03 - 0. 07 mg·mL^-1, 0. 030 - 0. 071 mg·mL^-1, 0. 018 - 0. 043 mg·mL^-1, 0.3 -0.7mg·mL^-1, 1.2 -2.9 μg·mL^-1 and 0.064 -0. 151 mg·mL^-1 , respectively. The recoveries were 99.4%, 99.2%, 98.7%, 99.5%, 98.3% and 99.7% (n = 9), respectively. Conclusions: The method was simple, precise, accurate and suitable for the determination of the above-mentioned six water-soluble vitamins in Kebu tablets.
